Bulk Deals on May 25: Reliance Power, All E Tech, others exchange hands; check buyers, sellers

Hi Growth Corporate Services Pvt Ltd bought 1,71,43,051 shares of Reliance Power at an average price of ₹12.72 and sold 1,96,38,000 shares at an average of ₹12.66. M/s. Prarthana Enterprises bought 7,53,37,611 shares at an average price of ₹13.27 and sold 7,57,45,433 shares at average of ₹13.27.

Pace Stock Broking Services Pvt Ltd bought 3,50,60,584 of Reliance Power at an average price of ₹13.38 and sold 3,51,20,594 shares at an average of ₹13.38. Qe Securities bought 2,26,52,262 shares of Reliance Power at an average price of ₹13.05 and sold 2,48,32,013 shares at an average of ₹13.06. 

Reliance Power share price skyrocketed more than 13 per cent on May 23 after the company reportedly made a one-time settlement offer to the lenders of its subsidiary, Vidarbha Industries Power Ltd (VIPL), to settle its debt.

The Anil Ambani group firm had offered to pay around ₹1,200 crore in the one-time settlement proposal to the lenders of its subsidiary VIPL. Reliance Power will pay the amount in upfront cash to the lenders including SBI, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, PNB, Canara Bank, and Bank of Maharashtra. However, the outstanding loan of VIPL was around ₹2,200 crore as on March 31, 2022.

In addition to the bulk deals, Saroj Gupta on May 25 bought 18,10,000 shares of Godha Cabcon at an average price of ₹1.60. AG Dynamic Funds Limited sold 5,56,800 shares of All E Technologies at an average price of ₹109.14, while Dream Achiever Consultancy Services Private Limited bought 5,56,800 shares of the same stock at an average price of ₹109.14.
