But what if you actually want to gain weight instead of losing some? Riteish Deshmukh just came out with what to eat. He posted a rather funny video on Instagram hogging on his plate of Indian food, but with his tummy bulging out. Wondering why he is doing this? To gain wait for his role in his next movie ‘Mister Mummy’ in which he stars alongside wife Genelia D’Souza.

Riteish Deshmukh can be seen eating frantically out of his plate full of rotis, rice and curries, paired with a bowl of dal. We can spot another plate of rotis ready to go onto the plate next. He wrote in the caption, «Yeh low-calorie meal.» He also wrote in the video, «When your director asks you to put on weight for the film. #MisterMummy.»
After we were done scanning the food, we noticed his belly popping out from his shirt, which makes the whole video hilarious. On top of it, the currently-trending background audio of dialogue from the movie ‘Shaan’ makes it funnier. The audio says, «Ajeeb janwar hai. Kitna bhi khaye bhookha he rehta hai (This is such a strange animal, no matter how much it eats, it is still hungry).
The video somehow leaves us impressed that Riteish is still choosing to eat nutritious foods for weight gain, and our guess is that it is all that excessive carbs that are making him bloat.
